Reiki I
The first degree Reiki Certification class is the initial attunement and initiation into Reiki. You will learn the basics of Reiki, including:
- The History of Reiki.
- Hand positions for healing yourself and others.
- Channeling Reiki healing energy into others.
- Reiki for plants and animals.
- Other Uses of Reiki.
- Specific Reiki Meditations.
- Affirmations for Reiki practitioners.
- The Chakra System. Chakra balancing exercise.
Energetically the teaching will focus on opening the practitioner’s energy healing channels to connect to the flow to universal life force energy.
You will learn to activate the energy flow through your chakras, from the Root up to the Crown and down to the Heart and hands.

That can make miracles bloom into your life!
The practice on this level of Reiki is partly directly to self-healing. In the first 21-day period after the attunement, the energy of Reiki is very palpable in our hands and body. At the same time, cleansing at the physical level is taking place.
The initial 21-days are an excellent opportunity for the removal of negative energies and to establish a daily practice, working through any present challenges and obstacles.

This is a one-day class from 10:00 am EST to 6:00 pm EST with 45 minutes lunch.
Reiki I training cost: $200.00
• There is a limit to the number of participants, and they must pre-register.
• Each person will receive a Reiki I Manual and a certificate.
